Special Processing – ideas on paper
When designing your mailings, perhaps you ask yourself: “Can this be done?” Don’t worry, our technical capabilities are amazingly wide-ranging. Give free rein to your creativity! We take care of the rest.
Our modern machines effortlessly cope with the following special tasks:
Inserts: Additional products such as postcards, inserts, reply envelopes etc. are attached to your supplied catalogues, magazines or brochures immediately prior to dispatch by post.
Stapling: In order to produce cheque books and
coupon books or booklets with a maximum thickness of 24 pages, up to six individual sheets are used. The sheets are first brought together, stapled along the spine and then cut along three sides.
Stamping: We produce stamps in any shape according to your requirements – hearts, stars, Easter hares, circles, triangles – whatever supports your advertising statement in an original way. Whether on personalised letters and postcards or on an extremely wide range of materials, a stamp is always an attractive, eye-catching feature.
Plough folding: Products which have already been folded are reopened on our plough-folding line in order to place or stick inserts inside them. Possible inserts include postcards, coupons, CDs, vouchers, letters or flat novelty items. The printed items are then closed up again and conveyed to the enveloping machines.
We offer solutions which give free rein to your ideas. If you have very specific plans, please ask! You will be surprised at the wide range of possibilities which we offer.
